Milk, which is a fundamental food for humans, an important economic value for our producers and our country, is one of the largest liquid categories consumed in the world.
As in the whole world, the importance of quality and reliable food production in our country is increasing. Food safety in milk and dairy products is also the most important quality criterion. Food safety for these products starts at the livestock enterprises where raw milk production is made, and continues until the time when the milk is processed through the milk processing steps.
The milk sector has an important place in the country's economy as well as in protecting public health and food safety in terms of consumption rates and areas of assessment. Quality milk production has great importance both in terms of value in human life and its place in agricultural production. Animal products, the consumption of milk and dairy products in it is very important in terms of healthy and balanced nutrition.
