Transnational Meetings

First Transnational Meeting: 29-31 March 2016, First transnational meeting was the kick off meeting of the project in the 5th month in Germany.

Second Transnational Meeting: 12-14 July 2016, Second transnational meeting was in the Netherlands in the 9th month for three days with 7 partners and total 15 participants.

Third Transnational Meeting: 29-31 August 2017, Third transnational meeting was in Czech Republic for three days with six partners and total 12 participants.

Fourth Transnational Meeting: 17-19 October 2017, This was the final meeting of the project held in Turkey. It was in 24th month, 6 partners joined and with total 11 participants.

The goals of the Transnational Meetings

•To ensure the smooth running of the project and completion of targets

•To develop a successful working relationship between the partners

•To provide an opportunity for the face-to-face contact which facilitates the negotiation of work plans and allocation of responsibilities. The objectives of each meeting varied according to their place in the cycle of the project.

•Agreement on work plans

•Allocation of tasks.

•Planning the cooperation and communication schedule

•Planning the agenda, activities, methods, materials of the activities (training materials, visibility materials)

•Agreement on targets and deadlines

•Development of risks and evaluation strategy

•Monitoring and evaluating the project activities & development,

From the start to the end of the transnational meetings, special attention was for the intellectual outputs, budget and activities for all the partners.

One of the goals of the project was establishing contacts and personal friendships that were going to last beyond the end of the project. The other one was to build future collaborations between the partners and or other organisations.

All transnational project meetings and communication events improved international communication skills both local & foreign partners, and they supported to get over cultural barriers, prejudices and differences.

Mobilities increase the creativity, culture and effectiveness of the activities of the project. TPMs have contributed to the unreplaceable experience.
